Michael Thomas started the company, buying and refurbishing secondhand portal frames. All the buildings before purchase have been looked at by a structural engineer to determine if they are resaleable.

Once we have the go ahead, we shot blast every part of the building, it's then inspected and structural calculations are made and a new set of drawings are finalised.

All old bolts are discarded and are replaced with new grade 8.8 high tensile bolts which conform to British Standards. All the steel work is inspected and coated once with a high build primer finish. When you get the building it is as new.

Most of our buildings are industrial spec to BS5950. The rest are agricultural to BS5502 which are also supplied with a set of drawings.
